LIMARO | HOUSE RULES
LIMARO was built and maintained with a lot of love and care so you can enjoy your vacation and stay in all aspects and practically feel at HOME.
Please take care of the house as your own to ensure future visitors will enjoy it just as much and hopefully if you re visit us you will find the house in top condition.
We have set basic rules and guidance to ensure a comfortable and safe vacation. Complying with these House Rules at LIMARO Villa is a requirement of the vacation rental agreement.
1. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
a) All Guests (and any Visitors) must comply with all House Rules and any other instructions from the Property Manager
Mrs.Matina Stavraka during their stay; and
b) Guests must notify the Property Manager of any disputes or complaints from neighbors as soon as reasonably
practicable.
2. NOISE AND THE NEIGHBORHOOD
a) Guests are always fully responsible for the safety and security of their children, as well as any disturbance caused to other
residents in the neighborhood.
3. VISITORS
a) Guests and Visitors must keep noise to a minimum as not to disturb the occupants of neighboring properties – especially
during nighttime hours (e.g. 11pm – 8am.
b) Excessive noise is prohibited in the spirit of good neighboring.
c) Guests are allowed a maximum of 8 Visitors at any time during their stay unless agreed otherwise prior to the check in.
e) Guests are responsible for ensuring maximum visitor numbers are not exceeded; and that Visitors are complicit with these
House Rules.
f) Any additional overnight Visitors must be approved in advance during the booking process and are subject to an
additional fee as noted in the price.
4. FUNCTIONS
a) Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited at the Vacation Rental; and can be exempt or coordinated
in advance with the property manager.
b) Any small gathering must comply with other rules set regarding Noise, the Neighborhood and Visitor numbers.
5. PARKING
a) Guests and any Visitors are to comply with parking regulations and other requirements set out below and show
consideration to neighbors and other vehicles; and
b) Parking arrangements at LIMARO are available inside the property.
6. GARBAGE AND RECYCLING
a) Guests and their Visitors are to dispose of Garbage and Recycling in accordance with the usual practice at the Vacation
Rental (as set out below) in the allocated trash cans, and excess rubbish must not be left in public or common areas; and
b) Disposal of the garbage is under the responsibility of the guests and should be disposed in the main town Vasilliki’s
public garbage tanks that are available in many locations on the streets.
c) Unfortunately recycling infrastructure and guidance aren’t available currently on the Island so the containment of the
garbage isn’t practiced in separated tanks.
7. SECURITY
a) Any time Guests leave the Vacation Rental, it is their responsibility to ensure all windows and doors are closed/locked to
maintain security and prevent rain and water damage.
b) An alarm system is installed and available at the house and can be used at your disposal.
8. ENERGY SAVING

Guests must switch off lights, air conditioning, fans, electronics such as televisions when not in use to promote energy saving. It is not recommended to leave the air conditioning “on” when Guests are absent from the Vacation Rental.

Save energy by disposing your towels and linen at the designated “change day”. Pool towels can be easily dried at the pool area in the interim.
9. SWIMMING POOL
a) Swimming pool can be used any time during your stay however guests are obligated to read the pool safety rules and go
through the rescue measures that are available at the property.
b) For safety reasons, it is not permitted to use any glassware in or around the pool area. The house is equipped with
plasticware to be used in the pool area. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a fine deducted from the security
deposit.
c) The pool area isn’t supervised by a lifeguard – babies and children are to be supervised by an adult over the age of 18 at
all times in the pool area and around the pool area.
10. BALCONY AND DECK AREAS
a) Guests must always supervise any babies and children when using the Deck and Balcony areas. It is always prohibited to
access the house roof and upper area for safety reasons.
11. SMOKING
a) Smoking IS STRICLEY PROHIBITED inside the Vacation Rental; and
b) Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly (i.e. in ashtray provided) and not thrown on property grounds. Failure to do
so will result in a deduction from the security deposit.
12. PETS
a) Pets ARE NOT permitted at the LIMARO;
13. BARBECUE
a. the BBQ area is equipped with GAS BBQ and coal BBQ.
b. When using the Gas BBQ please ensure that the GAS valve is closed when the BBQ isn’t in use.
c. When using the coal BBQ ensure that the fire is under control and always supervised by an adult. The house is situated in
a natural forest and the risk of fire spreading can be high if the fire isn’t fully contained after the usage of the coal BBQ.
d. at any case of emergency, a fire blanket and a fire distinguisher are available in the BBQ area.
14. DAMAGES AND BREAKAGES
a) All Damages and Breakages must be reported to the Property Manager as soon as reasonably practicable. Failure to
report them will likely result in a penalty deduction from the security deposit.
b) To avoid Damages and Breakages, no furniture is to be moved from one room to another without prior agreement.
c) No bathroom towels are to be removed from the property (i.e. for beach use). Separate beach towels are provided for
this purpose.
15. CHECK-OUT ARRANGEMENTS

Rules for key handover, security, cleaning, garbage, etc. are to be coordinated with the property manager prior to the check out.

Late check out will be permitted if the house occupancy will allow it.
